About Me

Miriam Lach Yoga

I am passionate about Yoga because it has been the best therapy for myself. Yoga has helped me stay balanced through stressful times and has made my body feel better than ever! Thanks to my Yoga practice, I have developed a strong connection between my body and my mind through my breath which helps me to cope with any situation in life from a much clearer state. I love sharing Yoga with anyone who wants to live a better life. I truly believe it has the power to heal and prevent most of the common ailments of society.

I started my first Teacher Training program at Just Breathe Yoga with Ashley Cummings in January 2011. Immediately, I started substituting classes and putting into practice what I had learned.

After some months of teaching, I had the opportunity to take another Training with Mariano Ardissone at Ayama Yoga on July 2011. I learned more about anatomy, sequencing, yoga philosophy and energetic anatomy.

In November 2012, I got certified with Yoga Gangsters to volunteer teaching yoga to at risk youth in Miami.

In February 2013 I fot certified to teach Skanda Yoga by Ken Von Roenn III and Lina Vallejo. This training gave me a deeper understanding of how to use yoga as therapy for people recovering from injuries or any kinds of pains, illnesses and discomforts. I increased my knowledge of alignment and also learned about scientific stretching techniques.

In July 2015 I finished a 300 hour training at Skanda Yoga that took me deeper into the teachings of Yoga and the specific Skanda Yoga sequences that are aligned with the energy of the dreamspell calendar. This training refined my practice and my teaching, allowing me to assist my teachers in future teacher trainings and eventually being able to lead a teacher training myself.

Right now, I am teaching at Skanda Yoga Studio in Brickel, Olympia Gym in Aventura and private classes.

Please check the schedule tab if you're interested in joining my group classes or the private classes tab if you're interested in working with me one-on-one.

Namaste,

Miriam
