Get ready to sweat and stretch with this fun class! I like yoga to be intense so we can challenge the breath and prepare ourselves to handle challenges in life as well. The first part of the class is mostly warm up and strengthening and towards the second part of the class we go into some deeper stretches. Each class will be very different, so we can work different muscle groups and to keep things interesting 😉 I will pay a lot of attention to your alignment and will also offer variations for people with different needs.
